Compensation Disclosure

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

This page is the standing home for Apex Alerts' compensation disclosure under Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. Section 17(b) requires anyone who publishes material describing a security in exchange for consideration to disclose that fact, the identity of the payer, and the type and amount of consideration received. This page explains how we handle that requirement across every alert, email, and Telegram send we publish.

OUR CURRENT POSTURE

Apex Alerts has NOT been compensated by any party for the alerts currently live on this site, and does not intend to receive compensation in connection with the securities discussed in them.

Every alert we publish carries its own compensation line, and that line is what governs for that specific alert, not this page. This page describes the policy; the individual alert tells you where that particular ticker stands.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A CAMPAIGN IS PAID

If Apex Alerts ever runs a paid campaign, we will disclose it plainly on that alert and in the corresponding email and Telegram copy. The disclosure will name the amount of the compensation, identify who paid it (the issuer, a shareholder of the issuer, or a third party retained by either), and state whether Apex Alerts or its affiliates hold a position in the security being discussed. We will not bury a paid placement inside content that reads as unpaid, and we will not backdate or retroactively soften a compensation disclosure once it has been published.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Because Apex Alerts is a promotional publisher, a paid campaign creates a direct financial incentive to present the covered issuer favorably. When compensation is involved, we do not claim to be neutral or balanced about that name, and you should treat the content the same way you would treat any paid advertisement. Even on alerts where we have not been compensated, we may still hold, buy, or sell positions in the securities we cover, and our interests will not always be aligned with yours.

SPECULATIVE RISK

Regardless of whether an alert is paid or unpaid, the securities we cover are typically micro-cap and small-cap names that carry an extremely high degree of risk. Prices can move sharply on thin volume, and you should be prepared to lose your entire investment. Nothing on this page or on any Apex Alerts communication should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always consult a licensed securities professional and do your own due diligence before acting on anything we publish.

WHERE TO CHECK

The compensation status for any given alert lives at the bottom of that alert's landing page and inside the corresponding email under the heading "Compensation Disclosure." If you are ever unsure whether a specific alert was paid, that alert page is the source of truth, not general marketing copy.
